Capitonné Integrale
The capitonné processing is not an ornament: it is the very structure of the Chester Moon. Continuous quilting wraps every surface — seat, backrest, armrests — creating a visual rhythm of shadows and volumes that shifts with the angle of light. Every button is positioned and covered by hand by the Baxter master saddlers.
Whispered Lines
Where the classic Chesterfield imposes its presence, the Chester Moon suggests it. The lines have been softened, the volumes rounded, the height reduced. The result is a sofa that invites conversation, not contemplation. Modern in substance, classic in soul.
Pelle Viva
Baxter selects only full-grain leather with vegetable tanning, which preserves the natural characteristics of leather: grain patterns, signs of life, color variations. Over time, the leather on the Chester Moon develops a unique patina — each sofa becomes an unrepeatable piece that tells the story of the home that hosts it.
